What if I need more requests?
When paid checkout is available, an active Pro account can buy 500,000 extra requests for $5, plus tax where applicable. Extras are used only after your base allowance and unused extras carry over across renewals. They require an active Pro subscription. Nothing is purchased automatically.
Which APIs can I use?
Free access accepts public JSON, XML, HTML, CSV and other text GET or HEAD requests to any public HTTPS host, up to 1 MiB and 10 seconds. Trial and Pro Connections add write methods, custom headers and larger responses on enabled hosts. Redirects are followed automatically; browser cookies are never forwarded. How does the trial work?
When managed access is available, sign in with Google and start a 7-day trial from your dashboard whenever you choose. It includes 1,000 requests total across your Connections, not a daily allowance, and no credit card is needed. The trial ends when its time or request allowance runs out. Anonymous and free access does not require a trial.
What counts toward my allowance?
Admitted requests count, including cache hits and requests where the upstream fails. Your Connections share one allowance. A new key does not reset it. Pro includes 500,000 requests per monthly billing period. Pro allows 600 requests per minute and 10 concurrent requests per account; the trial allows 120 per minute and 5 concurrent requests. Shared service protection and upstream limits still apply.
Can I send API credentials?
Managed requests can send explicit Authorization and custom headers. Browser cookies are not supported. Do not put private upstream secrets in frontend code: use your own backend for credentials that must stay private.
